The major objectives of this book study were to assess the tolerance of respective bacterial strains were isolated from chilli, tomato and cotton crop fields soil samples by enrichment techniques, and I was published national and international research papers in various journals. The book contains different factors like pH, temperature, carbon sources (glucose, sorbitol, lactose, sucrose, mannose), nitrogen sources (urea, peptone, yeast extract, ammonium tartrate and ammonium sulphate), amino acids namely ( glutamate, tyrosine, tryptophan, leucine), organic solvents (ethanol, n-butanol, n-propanol, Isoamyl alcohol and methanol), Inoculum volume, static and shaking conditions, organic acids (acetic acid, citric acid and succinic acid) , Vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin and folic acid) were different nutritional parameters to accelerate the process of pesticide degradation.
