Building Information Modeling (BIM) is suitable not only for new construction projects but it is desirable and applicable at case of building renovations as well. Therefore one of the main objectives of this book is to investigate a method how to apply BIM in general building recoveries focusing on the Planning and Design phases of these restoration activities.
