Active And Inactive: Heal vs worsen

The author has put in 15 years of service in the field of Physical Education and research. He worked as Physical Director in ( +2 level) for 9 years and now working as Lecturer in Physical Education since 2011 (Higher Education). It helped him to grasp the knowledge of the young adults to undertake a better research. From there he got better opportunities to work as coordinator for Games and Sports and head of Physical Education, Rayalaseema University 2012-14, Commissionerate of Collegiate Education has nominated as State Coordinator for Yuvatarangam Games and Sports meet for two years (2012-14), wherein the author had implemented many innovative programs in physical fitness and participation levels of the players. He published many articles and given many deliberations on the Exercise Physiology, Biomechanical advantage in sports and practical aspects of physical fitness of the young. His works and dedication to the field of research earned him a good place in the academics, presented more than 40 deliberations in International and National seminars. Organized Two National Seminars under the aegis of University Grants Commission. Till now 64 students were qualified in UGC NET
