Due to small stock of consolidated general books on M&E, many development professionals take guidance from these manuals. All these M&E manuals try to define the subject in particular dimension in which publishing organization works. This is a general book about M&E, I have assembled scattered material relevant to the subject and have tried to define it in different dimensions on behalf of my working experiences and field observations with different organizations under innovative and versatile projects.
